I have been competing for more than 40 years starting in Albany, NY at the Capital District Scottish Games. Competed mostly in Northeastern United States and Canada. Competed in Scotland as well in years past. Now mostly in Florida. 2024 will be my third World Championships. Threw in St. Louis and Moncton, Canada.

I am retired after spending 40 years leading humane societies in NY, Florida and completing the last 10 years of my career in Connecticut.

As far as other sports, I played hockey in college and continued playing in recreational leagues. I golf, and compete in senior games throwing shot, discus and a pathetic javelin. But I try.
