I started in 1994. I love this sport and have made many great friends doing it. I guess if I have a "claim to fame" I've held 27 worlds records in the sport and I've held the spinning WOB record in every age group up to 60-64. I'm proud to be the brother of Tedd Van Vleck and BIL of Elissa Van Vleck. I plan on throwing as long as I'm able!
